Assessment made by Professional Pathways Australia |
Involves a telephone interview to confirm oral English competency; processing of your application & contact with a relevant Agent where deemed necessary. The applicant (or his/her Agent) contacted regarding the outcome of the interview. Successful applicants receive Offer Letter; Enrolment & Acceptance forms.

Enrolment fee payment made by applicant |
An Enrolment Fee of A$275 is payable upon successful application/interview. Payment options are listed on the Enrolment Fee form.

Accept offer |
Applicant accepts offer. Acceptance Form returned in good time for our staff to be able to process your details; enrolment fee paid. Enrolment process commences.

Confirmation of enrolment & program details |
The enrolment process begins immediately upon acceptance of an offer. If you are enrolling in the ACS Professional Year program, your Skills Assessment Code and details are registered with the ACS who will contact successful applicants about Bootcamp - Orientation details. All applicants will be advised of class timetables and orientation details when they receive the Confirmation of Enrolment letter.

Invoicing & payment |
Fees for the PY-SMIPA can be paid in 3 ways. 1 - full fees up front. 2 - in two instalments. 3 - monthly instalments. Details are listed on the Acceptance Form. Payment dates must be strictly adhered to.

Orientation & ACS Boot Camp |
Attendance at the ACS Professional Year Boot Camp or SMIPA orientation is mandatory. Participants who believe they may be absent for any reason, must contact the ACS or Professional Pathways Australia directly to avoid cancellation of enrolment.
