Read, understand and accept Professional Pathways Australia’s Terms & Conditions.
Include with application: up to date CV; Cover Letter and evidence of any English test results.

Assessment made by Professional Pathways Australia |
Involves a telephone interview to confirm oral English competency and discuss the internship requests; processing of your application & contact with a relevant Agent where deemed necessary. The applicant (or his/her Agent) contacted regarding the outcome of the interview. Successful applicants receive an Application Confirmation Email.

Deposit |
A deposit of A$500 is payable upon successful application/interview. If a 416 Visa has been requested, the visa fee is also due at this stage.

Internship Placement Process |
Professional Pathways Australia sources ‘best fit’ placement using application details supplied (8 weeks)

Confirmation of Internship & program details |
All applicants will be advised of host company and internship details when they receive the Internship Confirmation document, outlining the company details and internship description.

Acceptance of internship placement |
Applicant to sign and return the Internship Confirmation document to Professional Pathways Australia. If a 416 Visa has been requested, the visa application form is submitted to DIAC (28 day process).

Invoicing & payment |
Payment dates must be strictly adhered to; all fees must be paid in full prior to commencement.

Orientation |
All applicants are invited to the Professional Pathways Australia offices prior to the beginning of the internship.
