Professional Year programs in ICT and Accounting (SMIPA) have been developed by the government and the professional bodies to enhance the employability and workplace skills of international students graduating from Australian universities. These 12 month programs develop skills of graduates in all aspects of working in Australia, and includes a 12 week internship in Australia as part of the program.
Professional Pathways Australia also organises internships in Australia for international students and graduates. These internships are custom-designed in a large range of fields. In addition to these internships in Australia, Professional Pathways Australia offers internships for Australian students and graduates in a range of overseas destinations.
